Financial highlights
| Metric | FY2026 |
|---|---|
| Revenue | ₹3,350+ crore |
| Net profit | ₹242.7 crore |
| Return on equity | ~30% |
| Net worth | ₹2,400+ crore |

Growth has been rapid. Revenue grew 74.25% in FY2025 and 43.26% in FY2026. The company reports the highest PBT and income CAGR among its digital lending peers, with loss rates below industry benchmarks.
Strengths
- Scale and market leadership. It is the largest full-stack digital lending platform in India by AUM.
- Profitable growth. Net profit is ₹242.7 crore and ROE is close to 30%, which is rare among Indian fintechs.
- Improving credit quality. The annualised loss rate fell to 6.95% in FY2026, even as the wider industry faced credit headwinds.
- A dual business model. The marketplace-plus-NBFC structure earns both fee income and interest income.
- Diversification. It is building a wider financial-services platform on top of personal loans.
- Experienced management. The founders combine deep technology skills with financial-services experience.
Risks to watch
- Credit risk. Unsecured personal loans are exposed to borrower defaults and rising Stage 3 (non-performing) loans, especially in an economic slowdown.
- Partner dependence. Fee and credit revenue relies heavily on its top lending partners.
- Regulatory risk. RBI rules on digital lending and on risk weights for unsecured credit keep tightening and could hit growth or margins.
- Negative operating cash flows in some past years, which is typical of a growing lender but worth watching.
- Leverage. A debt-to-equity ratio of 2.27x leaves it sensitive to interest-rate changes.
- Competition from banks, NBFCs and other fintech platforms.
- Technology risk. Platform outages, cyber-security breaches or errors in its algorithmic underwriting models could all cause damage.

Our take
Moneyview stands out among recent fintech IPOs for the combination of scale, profitability and improving asset quality. The low price band (₹32–34) keeps the minimum investment under ₹15,000. A rising GMP of about 41% suggests strong listing-day interest. The main things to track are credit cycles in unsecured lending and RBI regulation. Long-term investors should weigh those against the growth story, and listing-gain seekers should watch how subscription builds through 28 September.
